Coconut Process Line
General Guideline
Raw material:brown ripen coconut
Product:coconut milk ,(part process for powder 500kgs/h)
Package: bag, to further confirm
Capacity : 2000L/H coconut milk for process.
Mature (brown) coconut Process
1. Remove husk
Husk to coir processing
Nut to wash for perpetration for de- watering
2. Nut for capture water.... Processes and put in 1,000 liter bags
Halves dried for 12 hrs seperate copra from shell
3. Shell to activated charcoal line for processing
4 copra dried milling&squeezing and sent to milk processing line
5. coconut milk then dry for instant powder
