CIP Cleaning System is a cleaning device, easy opeation, safe and automatic, and free of disassembling of production equipments. It sends cleaning solution to equipments and pipelines and forces it circulating inside, achieving a thorough cleansing purposes. No need of disassembling of pipelines and equipments, reduces labour intensity and improves equipment utilization.
Structure
The CIP cleaning system must be in connection with equipments and pipelines and be mated with spray balls. It is consisted of a hot water tank, a alkali tank, a acid tank, a plate type heat exchanger, cleaning solution delivery pumps and etc.
