Sterilization machine is the food industry must have sterilization equipment. The product consists of three parts: regeneration, heating and cooling, and plate and pipe sterilization can be combined in a variety of forms, with two separate heating and cooling parts for online homogenization. The temperature of the product can reach 150℃. All parts of the equipment in contact with the product are made of 316 stainless steel, the plate gaskets and seals are made of food grade fluoroelastomer, and the product pipeline connections are made of DIN sanitary fittings. In the display output, the machine is equipped with touch screen, PLC program control, the temperature, flow and other parameters of the product dynamic reflection, and can choose pressure gauge or digital sensor according to the user's requirements. Therefore, the device can simulate most industrial production conditions in the laboratory
