1. Descriptions for Bag In Box Filling Equipment
The bag-in-box filling machine is designed by our company for the quantitative filling of bag-in-box (bag-in-box) based on advanced French technology. It adopts a flow meter measurement method, with high filling accuracy and very intuitive and convenient setting and adjustment of the filling volume; this machine has a novel design, reasonable and compact structure, and can automatically complete the processes of pulling out the cap, quantitative filling, vacuuming, and pressing the cap. It is widely used for bag-in-box filling of egg liquid, wine, edible oil, fruit juice, additives, milk, syrup, alcoholic beverages, concentrated condiments, detergents, chemical raw materials and other materials.

3. Production Process for Bag In Box Filling Equipment
clamp bag→ clamp lid→ pullout lid→ screw lid→ filling chamber lifting→ filling valve lifting→ air cylinder lifting, etc.
When the filling Machine is in running, insert the bag mouth into the filling slot to ensure that the bag mouth is in place.
The initial position of the left and right sliding parts is on the right. During operation, the lifting cylinder is pressed down to the clamping cap, the capping head clamp the cap, then pull out the cap.
Slide cylinder to the left position, press the lifting cylinder down to the filling position, put the filling head in position and insert it into the bag mouth for vacuuming and filling.
After filling, the mechanism rises and moves to the right, and then press down to completely press the cap into the mouth of the bag.
